Practical matters

First, let’s go through a few practical things about the course before you get to the dive into the actual content.

The course is divided into six sections, each with several modules. At the end of each section there is a task designed to help you practise your skills and absorb what you have learned in practice.

Each module and section has videos and the text under the video. Please check the text field for more insight.

We recommend that you spend a couple of hours a day doing this online course. This way, the course would be completed in about one working week. Please reserve yourself some distraction-free time to complete the course.

You can go ahead and test your new skills and templates in your next workshop or meeting. We recommend using the skills you have learned in this course at work as soon and as frequently as possible. This way, you’ll be able to internalise your new skills effectively.

You will have unlimited access to the course, so you can review things even after you have completed the training. You can always go back to the exercises and videos whenever you feel like it.

If you have any questions during the course, please write your question in the comment field at the end of each module.

Above all, the purpose of this training is to give you confidence for the various remote facilitation situations that you will encounter as part of your work. And remember! Practice makes perfect! That is how we learned our skills, too :)

Remote facilitation diary

We recommend keeping a diary during this course. When you write down the most important things for your own use, you can always go back later to review the lessons that are relevant to you.

Writing forces the brain to process things even more, so it can also help you learn more quickly! Later on, it's great to be able to look back and see how you have evolved during and after the course. And why not share your insights with others as well?
